The Church Council is creating a conservation area in the south east part of the churchyard to encourage flowering grassland with insects and butterflies. This necessitates a no-mow regime between March and August after which the area will be cleared and the grass removed. Whilst the grass in this area is uncut a circular path will be mown regularly for access. The PCC is grateful to everyone who came to help with the annual churchyard maintenance morning recently.
